Cerritos College sophomore Thiago Lusardi (Centro Ecucational Ramos, Brazil HS), who led the team with 18 goals on the year, was named the South Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Year. Lusardi was joined by a trio of teammates on the 1st Team, with three others earning 2nd Team recognition. The Falcons (14-6-3) concluded their season with a 2-1 overtime loss to Mt. San Antonio College in the 3rd Round of the Southern California Regional Playoffs.

Jose Ochoa earned 1st Team All-SCC honors Also named 1st Team All-SCC were sophomore defender Ricardo Villegas (Paramount HS), freshman midfielder Jose Ochoa (Paramount HS) and freshman defender Ricardo Covarrubias (Elizabeth Learning Center HS). Freshman goalkeeper Thomas Yeandle (Orange Lutheran HS), freshman midfielder Edward Robles (Annenberg HS) and freshman defender Gustavo Reyes (Long Beach Wilson HS) received 2nd Team honors, with freshman midfielder Edwin Corona (Cathedral HS) named honorable mention.

With his 18 goals, Lusardi finished his season tied for fifth in the state, while the defensive pairing of Villegas and Covarrubias helped the Falcons post seven shutouts on the season, with Covarrubias scoring his lone goal of the season on a penalty kick against the Mounties in the playoffs. Ochoa was solid in the middle of the field and helped greatly on defense. Yeandle went 14-5-4 on the season with an 0.97 goals against average and made 102 saves for Cerritos. Robles led the team with 12 assists and scored a pair of goals, while Reyes accounted for two goals and two assists from his defender position. Corona finished second on the team with nine goals and added a pair of assists.
