Just to give you an update on what we are doing in the Athletic Training Room, we have decided to send information out to the athletes in the form of newsletters. We plan to send out at least two per month but we can go weekly if we are able to create enough content. The articles will be written for the athletes and some of content will be written by our students.
 
Here are some of the topics that will be covered:
  • Nutrition
  • Vitamins
  • Stretches that can be performed at home
  • Rehab exercises
  • Basic injury information
  • Mental Health Issues
