After winning their second South Coast Conference Championship in school history, the Cerritos College men's track and field team will try to build on that success this Saturday. The Falcons will be competing in the Southern California Prelims, which will start at 9:00 a.m. at Antelope Valley College.

Last year, Cerritos finished third at the SoCal Championships and came in fifth place at the state championships. It marked the fourth year in a row that the Falcons had finished in the top five in the state, with their high water mark coming in 2009 and 2011 when they came in second place.
