After leading the Falcons to a 21-win season, and second place finish in conference play, a trio of Cerritos College men's basketball players were named 1st Team All-South Coast Conference South Division. Sophomores Brian Nebo (St. John Bosco HS), Tyler Payne (La Mirada HS) and Cristian Perez (Santa Fe HS) all earned 1st Team recognition, while sophomore Anthony Lefeau (Orange Lutheran HS) and freshman Dezmon Murphy (La Mirada HS) were selected to the 2nd Team.

Nebo, a two-time 1st Team selection, averaged 12.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists a game, which included 19 double-digit games and a season-high 27 points against Mt. San Antonio College. He also posted 23 points against El Camino College and 22 points against Oxnard College. Nebo, who was named the MVP of the Mt. San Antonio Tournament, pulled down a season-high 11 rebounds and had a pair of games where he dished off five assists.

Payne, another two-time 1st Team honoree, was second on the team with 37 three-pointers made and shot 76% from the free throw line. He recorded a season-high 28 points with five three-pointers against College of the Sequoias on his way to being named the MVP of the Sequoias Tournament. He went 5-for-5 from three-point range on his way to 20 points against El Camino College and had four three-pointers in three other games. He also dished out a season-high nine assists and pulled down a season-high seven rebounds twice.

Perez led the team in scoring (13.2), rebounds (6.8) and free throw percentage (77.9%), while he was also named the MVP of the Irvine Valley Tournament during the season. He scored in double-figures in 22 of the team's 27 games, including a season-high 27 points and 19 rebounds against El Camino College. Also a threat from the outside, Perez recorded a trio of three-pointers four times and had five double-doubles in the year.

Lefeau averaed 7.7 points and 4.5 rebounds on the year, while also leading finishing second on the team with a 55.8 shooting percentage. He scored a season-high 22 points against El Camino College on 10-of-14 shooting, while also posting 20 points against Los Angeles Pierce College. Lefeau pulled down a season-high 15 rebounds in a win over ECC Compton Center. Murphy finished third on the team with a 10.1 scoring average, pulled down 4.4 rebounds a game, led the Falcons with 33 blocked shots and also converted 74% of his free throws. He had a season-high 19 points against Los Angeles Harbor College and scored in double-figures 15 times. Murphy pulled down a season-high 16 rebounds with four blocked shots against San Diego Miramar College.
