Cerritos College Men’s Swimming (2019): Placed seventh in the 100-yard backstroke (56.65) and eighth in the 1650-yard freestyle (17:43.94) at the South Coast Conference Championships… His time in the 100-yard backstroke ranks ninth on the college’s all-time list, while his time in the 200-yard backstroke puts him in 14th place on the college’s list… He’s also fifth on the 1000-yard freestyle list and eighths on the all-time 500-yard freestyle list… Swam the 200-yard freestyle (1:57.74), 200-yard butterfly (2:19.96) and 500-yard freestyle (5:05.27) during the season…..

Warren HS: Specialized in the 100-yard freestyle (51.81), 100-yard backstroke (57.61) and 500-yard freestyle (4:59.91)… Spent four years on the swimming team and was also a member of the water polo team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he recorded his personal best times… Would like to transfer to Westmont College and aspires to be a physical therapist… Nicknamed “Josh”… Has two siblings – Samuel (13) and Natalia (10)… Is the son of Luis and Blanca Guzman… Born in Bellflower, CA on November 21, 2000…..
