A trio of Cerritos College men's basketball players have been named to the All-South Coast Conference South Division team this season. Joining freshman forward Gary Williams (Dominguez HS) are sophomore guards Jalen Shores (Lakewood HS) and Gorden Boykins (St. Anthony HS). The Falcons (19-9) finished in second place in the South Coast Conference South Division and have been seeded #9 for the upcoming Southern California Regional Playoffs.

On the year, Shores has led the way offensively at 13.9 points a game, while he also ranks second on the team with 41 three-pointers made and leads the team with a 78.6 free throw percentage. He has scored in double-digits 22 times on the season, including a streak of 17 in a row that was snapped in the final regular season game. Williams has averaged 8.9 points a game, and his 6.1 rebounds a game are the most on the team among active players. He posted a double-double against Los Angeles Harbor College, while he pulled down at least six rebounds 18 times.

One of the most versatile players on the team, Boykins accounts for 8.6 points a game, while his 58.9 field goal percentage ranks 21st in the state. Boykins also posts 4.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game and scored a season-high 18 points in the final regular season. He pulled down a season-high seven rebounds four times and dished out at least six assists in a game seven times.
