Cerritos HS: Specialized in the 50-yard butterfly (24.53), 100-yard butterfly (57.00) and 100-yard IM… Was a two-time All-605 League selection, while he was named the team’s Most Valuable Player and captain as a senior… Reached the CIF Finals in the 100-yard butterfly as a senior… Spent four seasons on the swimming and water polo teams… Coached by former Cerritos College coach and athlete Paul Park, as well as former Falcon athlete Al Reyes…..
