After completing a season where they came in fifth place in the South Coast Conference, the Cerritos College volleyball team had three of their players earn all-conference honors. Freshmen outside hitter Jasmynne Roberts (Long Beach Poly HS) and Amanda Payne (Orange Lutheran HS) received 1st Team recognition, while freshman setter Crissy Silavong (Katella HS) was a 2nd Team honoree.

Roberts led the team in kills (244), digs (272), service aces (25) and blocks (15), which included a season-high 23 kills in a five-set loss to Pasadena City College. She had double-digit kills in 16 matches this year and concluded the season with six matches in a row with more than 10 kills. As a back row players, Roberts had a season-high 28 digs in a five-set loss to Palomar College, and had a season-high five service aces in a win over East Los Angeles College. The 272 digs on the season are the ninth most in a single season in school history.

As for Payne, she posted 165 kills, 154 digs and 14 service aces, with a season-best 15 kills against both East Los Angeles and Pasadena City. Payne also recorded double-figure kill totals in nine matches and in the last four games of the season, with 14 kills coming against both Fullerton College and Hartnell College. She had a season-high 33 digs in a loss to Palomar. Silavong was one of two setters for the Falcons this year and led the team with 365 assists to go along with 162 digs. She shared her time with freshman Michelle Barba (Downey HS), who had 356 assists. Silavong dished out a season-high 30 assists in the final match of the season against Los Angeles Harbor College and had over 20 assists in eight matches. She also registered a season-high 17 digs against Allan Hancock College.
