After a season where she batted .439 and led the state in stolen bases, Cerritos College shortstop Tena Spoolstra (Mayfair HS) was named 3CFCA All-Southern California. Also a two-time 1st Team All-South Coast Conference selection, Spoolstra had a 16-game hitting streak during the season and led the team in hits (58) and runs scored (46). It also marks the 13th straight season in which a Falcon player had been named All-Southern California. In 2018, her sister Brianna Spoolstra (Mayfair HS) was an All-Southern California selection.

Spoolstra had 19 multiple-hit games during the season, which included a 4-for-4 game where she scored four runs and stole five bases against Grossmont College in the team's regular season finale. She also posted six three-hit games during the year.

Her .439 batting average is the 17th best in a season in school history, while her 42 stolen bases ranks her third, and her 58 hits puts her name 20th on the school's single season list. Her 46 runs scored tie her for 16th on the single season list. The 93 career hits amassed by Spoolstra puts her 25th in the record books and she's 15th with her 76 runs scored. Spoolstra is tied for 16 with her 36 career walks and sits in second place with 58 career stolen bases.
