On Saturday, October 21, the Cerritos College football team will be hosting Bakersfield College on their annual Homecoming Game. In addition, the college is also making the event Epilepsy Awareness Night with a pre-game reception and prizes.

From 5:00 p.m. through 6:30 p.m., the college will host a Pre-Game Reception that will be held inside the stadium on the home side. There is a limit of 400 tickets, so those interested in attending can pick up their free ticket at the Student Activities Office. The ticket will also allow them to both a food and drink item as part of the reception. And in keeping with the college's tradition, they will present their Parade of Floats and coronation of the Homecoming Queen at halftime.

Additionally, prior to the game, student-athletes from the college will be inside the stadium wearing purple as part of Epilepsy Awareness. The first 500 fans wearing purple to the game will receive a commemorative cup, provided by the Student Activities Office.

If you have any questions, please contact Amna Jara, Coordinator of Student Activities at (562) 860-2451 Ext. 2474.
