Competing in three events on the final day of the CCCAA State Championships, the Cerritos College women's swimming team finished in 11th place with 113.5 team points. The only South Coast Conference team to finish ahead of the Falcons was Pasadena City College, who came in eighth place.

Headlining the day for the team was freshman Raquel Gabayeron (Cerritos HS), who won the consolation race of the 100-yard butterfly and came in ninth place with a time of 58.61. She also swam the second leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay, which came in 12th place after turning in a time of 3:46.45. Sophomore Katherine Gabayeron (Cerritos HS) swam the opening leg, followed by Raquel Gabayeron, freshman Angela Covarrubias (Paramount HS), with freshman Milena Hernandez (Cerritos HS) swimming the anchor leg. In the third event that had a Falcon competing, freshman Carla Harvey (Potomac Falls, VA HS) placed 11th in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:00.97, which was just .02 second off the school record time of 1:00.95 set by Stephanie Rosero  in 2008.
