In her first collegiate heptathlon, freshman Juanita Webster (Redlands HS) finished with the second most points in school history over the weekend. The Arizona State University signee finished with 4979 points at the Cerritos Combined Events meet, which is less than 300 points shy of the school record of 5201 points set by Alexus Dalton in 2014. Freshman teammate Lilian Ebanks (Valencia HS) finished with 4722 points, which is the third most points in school history.

Along the way, Webster picked up 842 points in the high jump when she cleared 1.69 meters, which is also the fourth best height in school history, while Ebanks now ranks fifth in the long jump when she recorded a distance of 5.67 meters and earned 570 points.

Of the eight events, Webster and Ebanks each came in first place three times, while Webster placed second in three other events and Ebanks posted a pair of second place finishes. Also competing for the Falcons in the heptathlon was Giselle Burgos (El Rancho HS), who placed fifth out of 16 entries with 3649 points.

On the second day of the event, Cerritos picked up first place finishes in six events, with sophomore thrower Destiny Talalemotu (Long Beach Millikan HS) earning three on her own. She won the shot put with a toss of 13.85 meters and also easily won the discus with a distance of 42.89 meters and the hammer with a throw of 48.93 meters. The only event Talalemotu didn't win was the javelin, where she recorded a third place distance of 34.43 meters. Sophomore teammate Sarah Baker (Paramount HS) took second place at 36.07 meters.

In other field events, freshman Bria Palmer (J.W. North HS) won the high jump with a height of 1.58 meters, with sophomore Michannai Wright (Paramount HS) turning in a long jump of 10.79 meters to come in first place. Sophomore Erica Davis (Fountain Valley HS) finished fourth in the pole vault with a height of 3.05 meters, with Palmer placing third in the long jump (4.83 meters), with freshman Symone Addo (La Serna HS) in fourth place at 4.56 meters.

Sophomore sprinter Najia Hudspeth (Kennedy HS) won the 100 meters with a time of 11.99, with sophomore distance runner Stephanie Perea (Downey HS) turning in a time of 11:23.06 to come in fourth place in the 3000 meters.

Five different relay races were held, with the Falcons winning the 400-meter relay (47.59), 1600-meter relay (3:54.54), 3200-meter relay (9:48.75) and 4000-meter distance medley relay with a time of 12:53.94.
