The season for the Cerritos College women's tennis team came to an end on the second day of the CCCAA State Championships in Ojai. On the second day of the tournament, the Falcons saw their only doubles team get defeated in the Round of 32.

The tandem of sophomore Jovana Milosevic (High School of Business and Law, Serbia/Hillsborough, FL CC) and freshman Danielle Pastor (Bishop Montgomerry HS) were defeated, 2-6, 0-6 by #3-seeded Danielle Garrido and Lauren Smith of San Diego Mesa College.

Cerritos had two other players advance to the second day, but they were both defaulted, which ended their season. Sophomores Taylor Heath (Cerritos HS), who was seeded #4, and #11-seed Anastasia Khomyachenko (Sochi, Russia) were defaulted out the tournament. The two were also #7 seeds in doubles play.
