Finishing a season where she led the Cerritos College softball team in every major category, sophomore second baseman Jenny Collazo (Paramount HS) was named to as an NFCA All-American. The South Coast Conference Player of the Year, Collazo helped the Falcons to a 31-14 record on the season and advanced to the Southern California Super Regionals.

On the year, Collazo batted .392 with 17 doubles, four triples, eight home runs and 52 RBI, all of which led the team. She also led the squad in hits (56), runs scored (50), walks (27), stolen bases (15) and slugging percentage (.734).

Collazo concludes her Falcon career second in doubles (31), tied for second in walks (59), tied for fifth in runs scored (92), sixth in RBI (88), tied for eighth in home runs (15), tied for eighth in triples (6), tied for 13th in stolen bases (27) and 14th in hits (105).
