The draws have been released for this week's Southern California Regional and CCCAA State Championships, which will be held in Ojai. A pair of both singles and doubles entries have qualified based on their finish at the South Coast Conference Championships last week.

In singles play, sophomore Samantha Judan (Bishop Montgomery HS) has been seeded #6 from Southern California and earned a bye in the Round of 128. She will take on the winner of theViktoriya Shumakova (Glendale) match against Brianna Rodriguez (College of the Sequoias) at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Buena High School. Also competing in singles play is freshman Stef Flores (Golden Valley Charter HS), who will take on the #5-seed from Northern California, JuliaGolub of Chabot College in the Round of 64. Their match will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday at Buena High School.

Judan and sophomore Rianne Ilagan (Bellflower HS), who are seeded #5 from Southern California, will play at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday at Camino Real Park. They will face the winner of the Shannon McElhaney/Anastaysia Trachenko (San Diego Mesa) match against Laura Essayahand Erin Leveroni of Santa Rosa Junior College. The Falcons other doubles team, sophomoresStaci Gonzales (Vista del Lago HS) and Jessica Alcayde (Cabrillo HS) will play their Round of 128 match at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at Camino Real Park against Santa Rosa's Kelli Kingborough and Angel Tran.
